Ding ding! You are correct, sir!

As for the whole EN World name thing ...

My site, Eric Noah's Unofficial D&D Third Edition News, started in August 1999. Somewhere along the way, likely around April of 2000 or so when I'd moved over to RPG Planet and had the new message boards up, some bloke named Russ worked with some other folks to create a group-designed D&D campagin setting called Daemonforge. For a long time I referred to their site as "the Deamonforge site" though it didn't seem to really have a name. Then at some point Russ asked me to make a forum specifically for Daemonforge, and I did. And then somewhere in there he named the site that went with it EN World.

Along the way, EN World became more than just about Daemonforge -- in fact, it was primarily known for its D20 Reviews database. And at one point Russ and I tried to work out the logistics for EN World to become one of my hosted sites (with him taking on D20 News responsibilities too, possibly) -- but some technical snags never got worked out and instead his site and mine became "partner" sites.

Also last year we did the D20 System awards for the first time, which folks cleverly dubbed the ENnies after EN World.

Last year August, when I was ready to close up shop, there was one and only one guy I thought of to take over my content and my forums...

Little did I know that someday I would call him "master"...
