Freebirds, Cool River, Threadgill's...and oh yes, Billy - you must experience the awe and wonder that is the Alamo Drafthouse. Food and movies, what more could you want, aside from gaming space? ;)

Oh, I used to live in College Station. Small world.

Almost ten years ago now. I left fall of '95 for college. My parents still live there though.
Went to Consol High School? You might have known my sisters-in-law, Kristen or Kim Williams? Bigtime into choir? Not likely you knew my wife (the oldest sister) as she graduated in '91. I had a bunch of other friends there too -- Tim Mattis, Greg Richards, Randy Shumway (although he's probably too old)...

I'm always down with some drinks!

Austin has a great night life if your up for it...... :)

I probably won't be as I will have a 12 year old girl in tow:)

She is an avid gamer though (if a giddy and ugar-high one)

You may actually stand out if you wear your Justin Ropers, starched and pressed Wranglers (with the chaw ring in the back-pocket, of course) and your big hat, unlike the rest of the state.
Chaw ring? Are you sure you're from Texas. It's a snuff can ring. :)

TB, if you're going to be in Austin for a month, maybe someone can organize a small game day/gaming get together? Or maybe even just a get together for some good Tex-Mex. I live an hour north of Austin and would be able to drive down on the weekend.

You mentioned that your daughter would be on set for a month? Movie set, TV pilot or commerical?
