Enlarge Whatever

What would be a good level for an Enlarge person spell not limited to Humanoids - in particular one that would work on the many native outsiders in my group.

Alternately, assuming the spell was developed by native outsiders and affected ONLY outsiders, the same level.

Enlarge Whatever should be one level higher. Enlarge Outsider would be the same level.

I must say I *love* the name Enlarge Whatever.
