Pity. They should give it a shot with selected books, such as Slaine, which has received nothing but excellent reviews so far.

We were going to enter this year. Honest. We even had a meeting and decided which books were going to be entered for which category.

What it seems we did not decide is who was going to actually send those books off

It's not too late. As long as we receive word that you are going to enter before May 30th, you're good to go. The product itself can arrive later than that.

...I also wouldn't assume none of the judges use your books...

I still use Wulf's Heroes of High Favor: Dwarves book (mostly for it's craft rules, but also as an example to my players of what can be done character generation-wise without resorting to prestige classes.

I thought I'd mention that the entry deadline is fast approaching - it is now 4 days away - Friday, May 30th. If you are a publisher and wish to enter, or a fan of a favorite publisher, make sure nomination e-mails are sent by Friday. It's OK if products won't actually arrive by then; we just need to know who is entering by that date.
