[ENWorld Vets] Am I the only one feeling nostalgic?

I remember back in the day before 3e came out when I would check Eric Noah's page at least once a day for news and updates abut what was going on in 3e.

Since the info for the new revised edition has began popping up, I'm starting to get nostalgic. This reminds me in a lot of ways of what it was like before 3e.

I'm loving every minute of it. :D

Yeah, me too. Heck, they even had a T-SHIRT!!! :)

Now, all Morrus has to do is take his current News page, run it through Altavista's German-English Translator backwards and forwards, and post it on a very slow day to see what happens... :p

I also feel it, but I love the excitement and the discussions that are sprouting up about this. I am looking forward to seeing how it all goes this time around.

I'm feeling it, too...

And I love it. It's just like the old days, where I'd patiently wait for the page to load, praying for some new snippet of info...

I guess this makes us old in Internet Years. :)

It's funny...remember when any tidbit we could scrounge regarding 3rd ed was like a priceless treasure? *sigh*

I remember attending the 3rd ed demo at a con, grilling the gm with questions, and then going home that night to send my 'scoop' to Eric.

I remember reporting that the mysterious prestige class called the Shadowdancer had the ability to 'Hide in Plain Sight', and that sorcerers got bonus spells based on charisma (that's what I played in the demo....lots of sleep spells....)

Sheesh....I find it hard to believe that info such as that was a big deal.....

How times change....
