I started in '80 with some second-hand books and never looked back. I can't believe I've been playing for 29 years .

Hmmm. 34 years matches me perfectly. But tabletop wargames puts me at about 45 years.

25 years for this old gamer. Unfortunately my gaming has dropped to a trickle in an on line format so I really don't get to game as much as I would like.
