I've also been busy. Here's a brief list of my current projects.

3. The Wizards of the Coast Hardcover I Was Born to Write
I won't say what it is, but I will say it's a collaboration with James Jacobs and Ed Stark. It's going to be the bestest, and will probably be my last non-magazine professional game credit in a while. I'm itching to move into other mediums and genres, and plan to take a little extra-curricular gaming sabbatical for a while after this one, which will encompass about 50,000 words of text. Status: On schedule.

Erik has confirmed that this is definitely NOT Greyhawk-related. Based on Erik's other interests/focus areas, and the inclusion of James Jacobs, I can only surmise that this is a Draconomicon-style book of Fiends. If so, then I am officially now on Cloud 9.

I have decided to figure out what the project is by finding anagrams of "Erik Mona"

a irk omen
a mink ore
a monk ire
a monk ire
a rome ink
am no erik (this one disturbs me, it indicates Erik has been replaced with a doppleganger)
amok rein
i ken roam
i monk are (very zen, Erik, very zen)
in or make
irk a omen
ken or ami (Hmmm. Didn't know Erik was a swinger)

I'm sure this narrows things down a bit.

it's possible, but then why have the articles? :D

Because the articles just cover the demons. ;)

I'm picturing more of a Lords of Madness-style book, with a chapter for devils, one for demons, one for yugoloths, one for demodands, and maybe another. I picture it more focused on the races as a whole than on the big guys.

Of course this is all speculation/wishful thinking. :D

Spooky! So Erik is a doppelganger monk who is irked at omens?
