ETools Help Needed

Specifically, I added the Prestige Class info and wanted to make my rogue a dungeon delver. She has all the prerequisites, and I intentionally did not choose a weapon focus for her. The database doesn't include any buggy items such as knowledge or weapons requirements, but the option to choose DD doesn't appear when she levels up. I have tried 3 different configurations, and it just won't work!

I have also tried it via ETHelper, etc.

Excellent! You already know about and have accounted for the major "gotchas". My guess here would be that you didn't properly account for skills. Class requirements say that you have to have X number of skill RANKS. This is not total bonuses in that skill, but the number of ranks you've actually purchased (paid for with level-by-level skill points). If you're a little fuzzy on that concept, build a test character with about 5 extra points in each required skill and see if that makes it magically appear.
