[eTools] Is this a bug or is it just me?

Tell me if this one is a bug:

I was imputing the Atomie, a tiny fey into eTools. In the .rac file I gave them proficiencies for dagger and light crossbow. While creating the .mon file it grays out the Weapon Finesse feat as not being available (it should be, the Atomie qualifies for the feat). So, clicking on "ignore requirements" and taking the feat the program does not recognize the Atomie as being able to use a Dagger or Light Crossbow. In other words, it's ignoring their racial proficiency with the weapons for some reason.

Is it me or the program? One thought that occured to me (after I got to work) was that I have to make them proficient with tiny daggers and crossbows. But I haven't been able to test that one out yet.

Weapon Finesse only works with "light" weapons. According to the PHB, p97, "Light" is defined as "...weapon's size category is smaller than yours..."
As to the non-proficiency, daggers are tiny, light crossbows are small so a tiny character SHOULD be able to use them.
