Ettin Attacks

Hi folks,

it says in the MM that an ettin wields 2 greatclubs with +12/+7 to hit. Does it mean it has 4 attacks?

I believe "yes", or the text for the "Superior Two-Weapon Fighting" ability wouldn't make any sense (MM p. 89).

Is that four attacks per round? Jeez...I've been going light on PC's with my 2 attacks per round!
