I haven't been to GenCon since 2000. I'm really excited since this will be my first chance to go again and in the new convention center. I'm just hoping they have last year's registration problems fixed. A buddy of mine registered for several things, got kicked out by the computer for no apparent reason, and only got back in to one event.

I'm purposely leaving thursday night open, despite Leopold not being present to run G3. I'm planning on having an old-school basic/expert game ready for 4-6 people, and probably a 3.5 adventure of some sort.

So when are you planning on running your 3.5 game? I'd like a seat at the table, if you wouldn't mind.

Dunno yet. I'll have a better idea in about an hour, hopefully, unless the registration site collapses under the load.

Actually, I hadn't really thought too hard about it, was just planning on being ready for a few pickup games.

Unbelievable. If GenCon were free I'd be willing to say this crappy registration system is reasonable... this is terrible.
