The condition "weakened" appears to be missing from the list, although some monsters cause it. Do you think it's the same as "enervated", or less drastic? Maybe just a flat -2 on attacks?

Until I get confirmation on it, I'm assuming its the same as enervated.

Do we have information on what does and what doesn't provoke opportunity attacks?

I know that moving from an adjacent square does, unless you shift then it doesn't.

I know that using a ranged attack from an adjacent square does.

What about attacking while prone?

Can you do all powers from the prone position?

I am pretty sure I read that standing up provoke an attack.

What are the penalties and advantages to being prone?
