IIRC, Hydra didn't really have a corporate entity--it was just a terrorist organization. However, Marvel does have Roxxon Oil, Hammer Industries, & Stane International, to name a few.

I think Cobra had a few corporations linked to it: Arbco, Extensive Enterprises (run by Tomax & Xamot), Destro's MARS Industries. Cobra was technically the terrorist organization that benefitted from these corporations. And, then there's Uncle Winken's Hard Grape Soda (i.e., the Dreadnok Torch's legit business prospect). Surprised he doesn't have a chocolate doughnut company, as well.
