I've often thought that if I was an evil overlord, the first thing I'd do is hire some decent henchmen (not the ordinary bumbling idiot kinds) and give them good pay and benefits (even medical!) so they'll be loyal and good workers.

Which is exactly why I just printed it off.

I'll have in my next campaign a "typical" evil overlord, which of course, will be defeated. But then the characters will encounter an evil overlord who adhere's to those rules.
