I almost forgot about Popeye with Robin Williams. It might not be bad enough to make the list but it should be considered. I agree that Superman III was really bad. As a Superman fan since childhood, I was extremely disappointed with it. The original script for Superman IV was to have Bizarro in it. That might have been interesting.
