Exalted Battleque for d20

No it's still fairly derailed, at the moment I'm working on my own fiction and editing someone else's fiction(actually one of the longest pieces of web fiction I've ever seen). So this isn't getting much time at the moment until I hit a breakpoint. But there's another thread with a newer and more polished version based on the SRD text at the end here http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?t=191740. There's more I haven't had time to type up from the handwritten corrections yet.

I've worked my own take on something very much like this on this thread. Please check it out and tell me what you think.
I still had something missing during the initial testing of the segment stuff.

What I want is battle that works off of reactionary stuff and is unpredictable and not the board game ness of traditional d and d. A few months ago I came to the notion that the reason I liked the segment stuff so much was the unpredictability of it, however, dealing with so much different changes in the rules and trying to relay them to a party was a bit more frustrating than anticipated.

My approach was the use reflex/reaction as the first part of the plan and then have initiative automatically rolled at the beginning of each round. Players whom commited only a standard or move action gets a +3 to this next roll, those whom performed a free, immediate, or swift action get a +6.
