D&D 5E Expanded Content for Storm King's Thunder using Tome of Beasts

So I really like Storm King's Thunder and Kobold Press' Tome of Beasts. To that end I created a 16 page PDF that adds new content for chapters 1-4, a new magic item, new monster, and a whole new chapter (Pyramid of Desert Giants) so folks can add a desert giant lord to their SKT campaigns.
