I received this along with some other books from Amazon yesterday and am vaoraciously reading it. I plan on running in the next two or three weeks. I am curious as to who else has run it and what advice they might have.

I'll give you the same advice that the guy who wasn't a under cover cop gave Mr. Orange in Resvoiur Dogs. "Memorize the important details, and make the rest your own."
Alot of the plot is 'this happens, so this happens, then that cuases this to happen' Which does not make it very fun when its pretty much set out with little elbow room for exploring.
I my self painted it out to be a power struggle between Strahd, (changed to Warlock) and his brother Sergi (Lich Ex-paladin Black gaurd) For control. Its the pcs Job to decided who (if ethier of them) to help. I'll explain more when I get a chance. (Being crunched for time sucks...)
