Expert class for PC

I like your revamped system.
28 is high and 22 is low. The gross difference is 7 points but the distribution in the middle is different. Your new average is 25.9, rounds to 26 cp. That puts five classes above this one in power level and 5 classes below them. Nice middle of the road on it. Optionally you can have them get 22 + 1d6 cp to buy stuff, but I'd just make it a static 26 unless this is the only class you plan on using in your game then I would make it random so you get more interesting classes.

I now think that this class could work and give it the drawmack stamp of approval. Of course that doesn't mean anything to anyone but me, but you now have it on this class.

Although, it should be remember that the "core classes" do not have their class abilities factor in, so perhaps this class is a bit light. That, to me, is an acceptable balance factor since this class also allows greater flexibility.
