Expert Class

Has anyone come up with a working PC version of the Expert class? I have the one in Unearthed Arcana, but it still doesn't seem to fit what I want.

I was working on this here monday. For our home game, we ended up deciding to skip the special abilities and just give a bonus feat at 1st and every even level. 20 class skills in total, all medium saves, 8 + int skill points/level. If they want spells or sneak attack or something they can go rogue or wizard multiclassing.
