Expertise/Fighting defensively

Greetings all

Thank you for the responses on the last question, so I pose a new one. What about stacking expertise and fighting defensively? This could starts at a maximum of -9 to attack/+7 to defense (dodge), but with tumble of 5 ranks, the modifiers are -9 to attack, +8 to defense (dodge).
