D&D 5E Exploring Eberron delayed until March

Exploring Eberron, 2/6/20

For those of you not familiar, Exploring Eberron is an Eberron lore supplement by Keith Baker [the original designer of Eberron], that is set to be published on the dmsguild in both pdf and Print on Demand formats. To summarize, ExE is a "labor of love" for Keith, which means it's taken the backseat to other priorities like The Adventure Zone's new card game.

The funny thing was when I saw his note about this, I was thinking that a delay meant what is normally typical for things like this... probably six months or so, or later into the Fall of 2020. But then he said "some time in March, rather than February", and I laughed. I never consider 1 month an actual delay, because I don't have any of my gaming on such a condensed schedule that I need or want things that quickly that a month is an actual problem.

He has always been good about publishing deadlines. Im hoping he strikes a balance with his Hit dice/ dragon mark idea. it has great potential

I can’t imagine not buying an Eberron book.

This look amazing. The only disappointing element is that its a print on demand instead of a printed release. The shipping cost for things from drivethru and dmguilds is brutal, even if I'm in Canada. I'll see if I can buy the pdf and print it myself for a lower cost, because there's no way in hell such a cool book cover stay in pdf format on my pc when I could have in hardcover in my hands!
