Exploring the Hase-Suna Complex (Manzanita judging) [Concluded]

Kol listened to Zurd while he spoke. All the while he simply stared silently at his half-empty mug. "I am about as ready to give up my decision making to someone else as I am ready to give up killing, and start a seamstress shoppe making frilly undergarments. You have made a valid point about arguing senselessly Zurd. In my view everyone has an equal share and an equal say. Anyone who wants my share...or my say, can try to take it from me. Until then I say we each have a vote, majority wins. Everyone has an equal say. Obviously I don't mean to put every issue to a vote. Like lets go right or left. What time have we lost by sitting here discussing our next move over drinks? There is time enough this morn to take walks but not to discuss our next move? I then called for a vote after everyone has said thier mind. Why now get impatient when we have all said our peaces. Was my calling for a vote senseless? Feh! I simply do not understand! Why would someone be part of something they had no say in!"

OOC: I for one enjoy the roleplaying. <<shrugs>> If it wasn't for the various drama I think I would be very bored. That being said I am up for whatever pace you all wish.

``Oh and Lokin? Don't mention any of this to anyone, ok? I've got a reputation to uphold.`` [/COLOR]

Lokin returns the hug, doing his best to be natural despite his inherent stoic bearing.

"Yeah, no problem. Just between us. Let's go back in."

Lokin returns to hear, listening to Zurd's proposal. He feels slightly embarrassed by the idea of leading anyone and doesn't support the claim. If it is decided, he will go along with the idea and do his best.

[sblock=OOC]Unless, anyone wants to speak with him directly, I will post Lokin's attitude towards the situation so we can speed up the action. Lokin is up for the idea of going to Orussus as long as the wounded in the party are healing anyway. Then, he is up for a looking for a healer and checking out the market price for the shield. Then, if no healer can be found, he is up for investing his final 10 gp along with his share of the shield for as many CLW potions as he can afford. Also, are we looking for an NPC healer or another PC in the RDI?[/sblock]

OOC : Okay for some reason i cant find the file where i had the sheet 75% done, that or my mother closed microsoft word without saving it the other day. Doing it in stat block form is an absolute pain compared to 3Eprofielr, i wish living enworld allowed sheets in that format....more delays -.-

IC : "This isnt about caring about whether a priest wants to preach about his religion. I really couldnt care much. We nearly got killed the first time we went in there, without some kind of healer we are pratically asking for it the second time round. If it means that the best healer we can get is a cleric who wants to talk about the glory of his lord every now and then, so be it" Filala shrugs. "Im trying to be pratical here. As for Lokin being the leader, im all for it, as long as it gets things done."

Following Lokin back inside, Payne doesn't take a seat this time... standing near the table with arms crossed over her chest. ``I've no vote on who's the leader or not, it doesn't really matter either way. Honestly? I'll probably do whatever I wish anyway. I don't take too lightly to bein' told what to do and what not to do. But, if it moves this little chat along and gets us on the road faster, then .. sure. Lokin for leader.`` It was pretty evident that Payne was ready to get back to the task at hand. ``As for the healer, I don't like the clergy. And I'm not all for travelling with one, but if'in it'll appease you kids.. then fine. I'm just warning you.. if the zealot cannot keep his lips sealed I'll do so for 'im.`` Head cocked towards the door. ``Can we discuss this on the way? And.. Zurd, I want to speak with you..``

Zurd cocks an eyebrow Payne's way on the way out the door.

Sure lets talk on the way I tire of the endless debate....

He walks beside Payne hanging a ways back from the main group so their conversation can be somewhat private.

What is it you had on your mind dear?

OOC: What is Kol's current HP status?

Kol 18/25
Lokin 17/21
Zurd 9/11
Payne 12/12
Filalia 4/4
Kurg 1/13

I'll have Filalia's level gain take effect the night after she gets approved at level 2. This is downtime anyway; it won't really matter unless something unexpected happens on the road. Hmmm.... what an idea... :]

Moving along side Zurd, she nods to Kol before hanging back as well. It really didn't have to be a super personal conversation - but .. perhaps it was for the best this way? ``Well, I guess that's what I should be asking you? What's going on? If.. you've got a problem with me Zurd, out with it. I don't like beating around the bush..`` Her steps were slow, kicking stones as she moved. Her face tilted downwards as she spoke, but when words ended visage was lifted to make eye contact.

:]

OOC: Okay so Kol will be full in 3-4 days if travelling or 2 days if resting
Lokin 2 days travel 1 day rest
Zurd 1 day trave
Kurg needs a vet!

It seems a little further discussion is needed on the road... as soon as I see a firm decision about how to recruit, if you're going to go to the Red Dragon Inn I'll post you're entrance there.

On the road to Orussus, Kongu tries to mollify Kol and Payne. "I've known many priests of several different gods. I don't find them hard to get along with. Perhaps you've had a bad experience?"
