That's it. Four. Not five.
15 strength (standard array)
+2 strength (17 strength)
half feat (18 strength)
L 4: ASI (20 strength)
L 6: Feat
L 8: Feat

2 feats +1 half feat and 20 strength.

Not, 3 feats, 20 strength, and a half feat.

Unless they meant "3 feats and 20 strength, so long as one of those 3 feats is a half feat"?

Hard to tell.

Yep. You can get to 18 Strength and three feats plus a half-feat at 10th level, but that's it.

More to the point, a 10th-level build optimized till it screams does not say a great deal about balance overall. Cavalier + PAM + Sentinel is insane. With the new feat, it's a little more insane, that's all.

If you really have a concept that requires 3 or 4 feats to come together, the best approach is to buy the DM a lot of pizza and hint about how nice a belt of giant strength would be.

Spellcasters will cry for BA, because many spells can do dmg by spellcasters BA... Rogue, and warriors with sentinel or PAM feats for reactions...
