D&D 5E Extra Reaction or extra Bonus Action?

Obviously monsters need way more options for bonus actions and reactions lol, my players already take at least two "actions" using bonus actions or reactions constantly.

Spellcasters will cry for BA, because many spells can do dmg by spellcasters BA...

An extra BA is useless for most casters. Even if you get two bonus actions, the rules for bonus action spellcasting still apply. You can't cast two bonus action spells in the same turn unless one of them is a cantrip; and there are no bonus action cantrips, unless you want to play a sorcerer and burn a lot of sorcery points.

How about an Eldritch Knight? Say instead of the feat at 14th level?
