Extra Standard Actions

What are all of the ways to get extra standard actions in a round within the game?

I can think of Time Stop and Temporal Acceleration.

Others?

Possibly ones which work with Twin Spell? Does a Twin Metamagic Rod exist that can be used in this manner?

I happen to be looking at the Bo9S and in that book:

time stands still (for yoursellf) and white raven tactics (giving another action to someone else).
 

If you are a semi-high level Sorcerer (at least capable of casting 5th level spells), you can get a lot of standard actions per round plus cast spells with them.

Combine Arcane Fusion [Complete Mage p. 69] with Celerity [PHB II p. 105]. It helps if you can Twin or Repeat Arcane Fusion. Arcane Fusion takes the normal Standard Action to cast. It allows you to cast (1) 1st level spell and (1) 4th level spell (or lower) at the same time. If you have these spells prepared, you do not expend them, you are only expending the slot Arcane Fusion was in. Now if you happen to Twin or Repeat Arcane Fusion, you can see how your spells are going to multiple rather quickly. At this point, you can choose any 1st level spells to cast (Magic Missile is an obvious choice), but as your 4th level spell choice, you are going to pick Celerity which is normally an immediate action to cast, but since we are actually casting it via Arcane Fusion, we use AF's casting time (1 standard action). Celerity grants you 1 additional Standard Action. After you take that action, you become dazed (so you'll probably need a way to prevent the dazed condition). But anyway, just keep casting Arcane Fusion with Celerity and you get free 1st level spells, and free Standard Actions via Celerity that will keep piling up until you run out of Arcane Fusions to cast :)

The other way I know of to get additional Standard Actions is with Magic of Incarnum. Take the Threefold Mask of the Chimera and bind it to your Soul chakra. You'd have to be a level 19 Incarnate in order to do this though. Anyway, it allows you to take an extra Standard Action, but in doing so, you are limited to either (a) move action or (b) standard action next round.
 

White Raven tactics can, in effect, get someone else an extra full-round action. But exactly how well it works depends upon where initiatives fall.

A few other book of nine swords abilities can give you limited use actions. Warleader's charge converts a immediate action of all around him into a charge.

The Celerity line of spells in PHB2 grants extra actions now at the expense of a future action. I think the psionic power Anticipatory Strike works the same way.
 

The Zerth Cenobite in the Complete Psionic has a supernatural ability called Temporal Distillation that enables him to gain an extra Move action at 1st level that increases to an extra Standard action at 4th level and increases again finally to an extra full round action (or a Move action and a Standard action) at 10th level.
