Methinks you missed the preface of my statement...
Personally I prefer CP2020's method of handling damage and one day will use Ken Hood's Grim-n-Gritty v3 {that looks almost exactly the same} in DnD. Until then, the incorperation of wounding effects into the game need either:
- damage to Con
- addition of some mechanic, either non-healing hps or hit location/crit effects tables
So, Given the mechanics available...
