How would you put Fallout to D&D?

10 strengh is 250 or 17 in D&D 5(average) 150 or 13 thats a 7 difference. The Hit points are 3(1d6)+1/2 endurance(3 average+2.5 from 5 endurance) every level, and 5+2*int. etc

Perception is Wisdom I think.Endurance is constitution, Agility is dexterity, and luck is new.

I think Fallout to D&D would be awesome, but I wouldn't use d20 for it. I would use the exact same system the computer game provides. Everything would be rolled on percentile, thats pretty much exactly how the real game is run. Small guns percentage versus enemies AC, etc. All armor has different absorbing qualities based on the type of weapon and so on. I don't think it would be very complicated, and I don't think d20 really needs to be applied to it for it to be succesful. Other than that, I really hope people try any way to play fallout, that would be so sweet.

Alternately try picking up the omega world dungeon magazine - if you limit mutations to the non-overt variety, and make a couple of 'stock' mutants to cover deathclaws, supermutants and ghouls, then I think it would work very well.
