Fatigue, sleep, and pain

Greetings, adventurers. I have a query that applies to an adventure my comrades and I recently began. I was fleeing from some beings beyond my power for quite a bit, so much so that I made myself exhausted. An "ally" of mine, a psychic warrior, "distracted" me so they could tug me along with a grappling hook. Even when exhausted and asleep, would one not feel that pain? What kind of house rules would you make for it?

If you're taking damage, you aren't going to be asleep. Traditionally you could toss someone over a horse, or put them in a travois in order to move someone safely. If pulled by a horse or a dog, I'd say that someone in a travois had to make a DC 15 constitution save in order to rest soundly. If dragged by someone's grappling hook, though? Man. I think you'd only worsen.

I see, I see. So, when fatigued and under the effects of a "distract" what would you personally make the DC for something like this? I would also like to add that my comrades entered combat almost immediately after this.

So I understand, they're literally dragging you behind them with a grappling hook as they flee? Which edition are you playing?

This is just hilarious. It reminds me a bit of the Princess Bride. Unfortunately, I'd rule it to be a situation where you are taking some actual damage, especially if you are grappling hooked, and being dragged through combat; though vivid description of getting kicked, stepped on, bumped etc. would apply. If i were being kind, i might consider this to be non-lethal damage.
