There are rules for urban rangers. If you use the Wildshape variant then you get Mighty Morphin Power Rangers too.Doesn't the favoured enemy option require a revenge history or something that kind?
And after all, why a man living in the wild lands should be expert of armor or other objects from the city?
Bye, MadLuke.
In D&D there are intelligent objects though. Going with the flavor you mentioned could mean the Ranger was slighted by an enemy or group of enemies with such an object. I realize it seems like I'm grasping at straws, but such a concept is possible.
I'm speaking of Intelligent items, like The Cudgel That Never forgets. If a DM is staying true to the item creation rules, then about 1% of all randomly generated items are also intelligent. These are not treated as constructs because they have no physical ability scores, among other reasons. A Construct would be something like an Animated Object :: d20srd.org.Yes, those are called "constructs".
Actually, Intelligent Items are considered contructs. From the SRD:I'm speaking of Intelligent items, like The Cudgel That Never forgets. SRD said:Intelligent items can actually be considered creatures because they have Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores. Treat them as constructs.
True enough given the latest posts, in which case the better of either FE: Constructs or FE: Objects is used, just like how rangers normally work when a creature has more than one applicable type.Yes, those are called "constructs".
