Do Drow count as elves for the purpose of favored enemy, or are they a separate subrace requiring their own favored enemysub class (as in:would i choose humanoid(drow) or humanoid(elf) for the purpose of owning drow?

also, do drow speak drow or undercommon?

1. Elves. Favored Enemy (Humanoid [Elf]) should work against them.

2. Both, usually.

3. As a rule of thumb, sneak attack damage is never, ever, multiplied.

Drow is a subrace of elf, according to the MM, page 102. Therefore, favored enemy (elf) applies to them.

The automatic languages of the drow are common, elven, and undercommon. There is no "drow" language in the RAW. There is a drow sign language that any drow may learn as a bonus language. Check the MM, page 103.

and, does spirited charge multiply sneak attack damage?

Sneak attack damage is not multiplied in a critical hit (PH, pages 50 and 114).
