Have to go with Mephistopheles. He's got the name, he's got the Faust, and he's got style. Plus, if you believe Planescape, he managed to depose himself in a century-long ploy to purge his court. Very cool.

I wnet with Moloch. Many years back I ran across a poem about him that really showed him as evil and I really liked it. However, I've never been able to find it agian.

Who's the one with the creepy relationship with his daughter? I like him in that it nicely conveys the otherness of the archfiends in a way that most of them don't seem to really accomplish.
