I have to vote Orcus for one reason:

Fraz'Urb luu, all the way. Demon Prince of Deception, which makes him a great foil for players, and he's not entirely without the mad charmz for the ladies...though he's not Grazzt in that department.

Orcus gets an honorable mention, just for being Orcus.
