Wow; the answers certainly show that there's an audience out there for all of the sourcebooks; no clear winner suggests that they appeal to a wide range of tastes. That gives me the (perhaps false) hope that WotC will churn out more.
I like Serpent Kingdoms the best so far (thanks Darrin!), mainly because it's written by Ed Greenwood (who continues to be my favorite FR writer... perhaps for a reason?
) and because it covers LOTS of new ground that's previously untouched. One of the reasons why LEoF or City of Splendors, while good, don't make it to the top of my list is because so much of that material has already been covered in previous editions.
FYI, Nyaricus: The calendar has advanced only 16-18 years since 1e "gray box" FR(depending on whether you assume that play "starts" in the Year of the Worm [1356 DR] or the Year of Shadows [1358 DR]).
