In the spirit of what I think the OP meant, I have mentioned these before and will again no doubt:

Spell Cards from The Other Game Company - These things greatly simplify my life when playing a caster. I have all the details I need about that spell right at my finger tips, and if it's a duration spell, I set the card flat on the table in front of me and put a countdown die on top. Decrement on my turn, simple.

I even keep the spell cards in a pair of small plastic boxes, one for spells prepared for the day, and one for those in my spellbooks. AIT Tape Cartridge boxes work super for this.

EDIT: And you can get them right here at the EN World Gamestore.

My white board I have with the grids on it [Walmart, along with markers]

My music, so I can play Power Metal in the background [cd stores, etc]

My crate I stole from McDonalds to store my books in when moving them around [ummm... yeah :uhoh::p ]

Various pics of NPCs [internet]

I think that's it, for now :D

3D environment for miniatures (Miniature Building Authority, Dwarven Forge)
Tact-Tiles + Markers
Campaign Notebook + Favorite Pens and Pencils

In no particular order:

Spell Cards from the Other Game Company
Poker Chips for PC hitpoints and action points
Battlemat & markers
Battlebox from Fiery Dragon
Initiative Cards from The Game Mechanics
Dice
Counter Collection (Gold & Digital) from Fiery Dragon
Index Cards & box to write down various bits of campaign information, unidentified magic item details, etc.

Minis would be good if I had the money. Dungeon Tiles look interesting as does Morrus's Fantasy Money.
