Favorite pie?

My Grandma used to make an apple cream cheese pie that was AMAZING!!!
Don't know that she did anything but mix some cream cheese in with the filling, but it was all from scratch, and she made the most incredible crust!

Alton Brown has a recipe that's good enough - Mincemeat Pie.

My Grandma had a better recipe that had venison in it but I can't find it at the moment
