Favorite Random Tables for the DM?

What are your favorite tables to roll / generators to use? Off the top of my head, I'd say:

1. The villain generator tables at the back of the 2e Villains handbook

2. The wild magic table at the beginning of 2e Tome of Magic

3. The random hordling generator in the 2e Planescape Monster Compendium

So what are your favorites?

1) The random Ruins/Relics table from Judges Guild's Wilderlands of High Fantasy
2) EGG's first edition AD&D city encounter tables (where you can bump into 7th level noblemen, demons, liches and wererats at night), tied with JG's City State of the Invincible Overlord table for the same - where you can get shaked down for money by the city guards, attacked by a rampaging stone golem or (and I rolled this up) get a sexual proposal from a mind flayer. Those old-school cities were tough!
3) Random harlots!
4) JG's island generation system in Island Book. Just tons upon tons of ideas for a Sindbad-style game.

Oooh... someone's tapped the wayback machine.

Well, here's some tables I get some use out of:

1) The world hook and history generation in the 2e World Builder's Guide
2) The wild magic tables in ENPub's wild spellcraft (though I don't have wild mages every session, my world's ley line rules sometimes trigger these...)
3) The ei'risai (chaos beast thingie) generation tables in Iconic Bestiary: Classics of Fantasy
4) My homebrewed planar NPC generator
5) Mearls random plane generator in Portals & Planes
6) NPC agenda tables in DMGII
