D&D 5E Feat for a Barbarian Skyjek Roc

We have an intelligent skyjek roc (5etools) that will soon have 4 levels of Barbarian. Thoughts on a feat (I don't think a stat gain makes sense).

Nothing jumps out at me as being great. Lucky might be the best, but this is an NPC run mostly by a player and I'd prefer to avoid things that might slow down the game much...

Mobile is worth looking at. The speed bonus is minor, and the ignoring difficult terrain when dashing is practically useless, but the ability to not provoke opportunity attacks from a target you've attacked basically gives you a Flyby Attack - you can fly down 50 feet, attack an opponent, and fly 50 feet back up in the air without them getting a chance to counterattack.

Alertness would "fit" with a roc...
