Intuitive Sneak Attack
Your instincts guide you when your eyes can not.
Prerequisites: Wis 15+, Blind-Fight, base attack bonus +4 or higher, sneak attack class ability.
Benefit: One-half concealment or less does not prevent you from sneak attacking.
Normal: A character can't sneak attack while striking a target with any form of concealment.

FYI, one-half concealment equals a 20% miss-chance.

IMC, no rogue would ever have a wisdom of 15+, (24 point buy). I'm also wondering how often a rogue would have such a wisdom under a 4D6 drop lowest.

Since a rogue could get the same benefit by taking a level of sorcerer and using true-strike, maybe the prereqs don't need to be that severe?

Just my 2cp.

I don't like it. Sneak attack is not just based on hitting a target before they can react. Its about hitting vital areas that deal the most damage. I don't care how intuitive a rogue is, I can't see them striking true into a foe's heart just because they have some sixth sense about where that person might be.

Actually, I like it. I think the 15+ wisdom is good. Sure few rogues have a high wisdom, but tyhat shouldn't stop you from this. Ya, point buy makes it hard to get, but there are enough was to boost attributes magically, that if the rogue really wanted this feat he could achieve it.

The feat is not for every rogue, and even less so in a 24 point campaign. But it was never intended to be. Wisdom is the best ability score for representing instincts and intuition. Besides, more people than rogues can sneak attack.
The rogue/sorcerer with True Strike would only be able to make one attack every two rounds. And his BAB would be crap.

It's not a sixth sense about where the person is. It's a sixth sense about where his vitals are. If you don't like amazing sixth senses, then I guess this feat isn't for you. Did you throw out Uncanny Dodge too?

I was merely stating that its more specific than merely hitting or missing. Uncanny dodge is about hit/miss. Sneak attack is about precise striking. If you don't want opinions then don't post your work publicly.

I like it. not overly powerful, not too general. It lets a rogue bypass some of the cheesy tactics that normally deny him a sneak attack without making every enemy into a flayed meatball.

I do agree with some other posters though. A wisdom requirement isn't out of line, but 15+ is probably unnecessary. 13 should be fine.

For uv23: What if the requirement were Wis 19+? That would keep it rare and reserved for a character who could use his wits/intuition to precisely place his attack.
