Feat Ninja Variant (like Feat Rogue)

If asked as a DM, would you allow a person to trade the ninja's sudden strike feature for fighter bonus feats in the same way a Feat Rogue can trade their sneak attack feature for them?

Im just searching for a general consensus for or against.

Off the top of my head, I can't see why not. I'd probably allow it.

Yes. Sudden Strike is just like Sneak Attack, except crappier. If I'd let someone play a Feat Rogue then I'd let someone play a Feat Ninja.
