What do you think is the best way to conduct my feat polls?

I currently post the poll in the Rules forum and then post a link to the poll in the General forum.
Do you think it would be more appropriate to just post the poll in the General forum?

Well, you're asking if the feat is worthwhile, not how it works. So I'd say that's kind of a general question. I don't think I'd have a problem with those polls being in General.

Nah, thats ok. I just want to find the best place to put the poll, where the most people can enjoy and contribute; and the least amount will find it bothersome.

I think there are some people in the Rules forum that feel they must read every single post in every single thread. So, instead of ignoring a thread they don't care for; they complain.

This trend is even stronger in General Discussion and, because of greater traffic there, you'll also be forced to bump the poll more often. Which some people won't take kindly to - especially considering that it's a poll.
I'd say just try GD, though, and if people there round up a lynch mob against your polls, you can always go back to Rules.
