feat sources?

What are considered "official feat sources" from WotC? Does Dragon Magazine count?

Is there a listing of all the WotC books for D&D that have feats in them?

What sources do you allow in your games?

Well, Dragon now says Official on it, so I guess that it is official now. I imagine Wizards would consider anything they have published official, but it really depends on who you ask. Personally, I take it on a feat by feat basis. Players are alloud to take feats from any source or even create their own, I just have to approve it just to make sure it isn't over the top or too weak. If it is one of those things then I offer to help them adjust it to something reasonible.

I take them on a case-by-case basis as well. Some WotC feats are overpowered (Spellcasting Prodigy, some of the feats in the splatbooks) and some are just silly (Eschew Materials, Energy Substitution) so I carefully monitor them. I do pretty much allow anything FFG has done, same for Green Ronin. Mongoose has some really cool feat ideas, but sometimes you have to ratchet them down a notch or so.
