Legend
Ok, this came up at a 4e game I am playing and I want some thoughts. The group is
Wizard Human
Ranger Elf
Warlock Human
Warlord 1/2 elf
Fighter Dwarf
Paliden Eladrin
So we level to 10th level and the Dwarf fighter takes rit casting, and learns the magic weapon rit. she goes into the forge at the town, and forges 2 swords, and an Axe. She then enchants them. She gives theem to other PCs. OK fine so far right... now we level to 11 and she swaps rit casting for a paragon feat.
So now how do we explain how he made those magic weapons but she can not do it any more? The DM is Pissed off, and said he might rule he can not swap out a feat like that, he will decide on saterday. The dwarf player linda said she wanted to play it off as her character just had an inspration to forge the bestt masterwork weapons, and it passed, she can never again forge such legandary weapons.
So by RAW she can do it, but from a story point of view does it work? I am hopeing to bring the answers from this thread to the DM for help.
