D&D 5E (2014) Feat to negate disadvantage in casting spells at close range?

Is there a feat to negate disadvantage in casting spells at close range? Tried to search PHB and DMG , can't find any... Thanks!

Crossbow Expert, technically. Weird as that sounds.

Or, you could cast a spell that requires a save (instead of a spell that requires an attack roll).
