Feats/Abilities/etc. that forces an opponent out of his square

Hi,

Even if I know that such abilities can be quite broken, they can add some exciting feel into a dull fight. Can someone come with a list of all the abilities that enable one to force his opponent to move out his square?

I don't want Teleport / Plane Shift / etc. that remove the opponent from the fight entirely.

Although you're not moving him specifically out of his square, Trip is moving him into a state of vulnerability, that's as good, isn't it?
 


If a Monk with the Sun School (CW) feat strikes an opponent with the first two strikes of a flurry, he forces the opponenet back 5' and can advance if he wishes.
