Hmmmm
These seem really powerful. Maybe they should be Epic Feats.
Let's say, I'm a Druid 20. Level 21, I take a Level of Cleric (Domains of Sun and Glory) and with my Epic Bonus Feat take Reconcilliation of Religion.
So with 1 feat I can now Turn Undead like a Level 21 Cleric? Okay. That seems about right for an Epic Feat.
I continue with Cleric and at Level 24 take Sophism. Now I wildshape as a level 24 Druid, Turn Undead as a level 24 Cleric, Cast Druid spells as a level 24 Druid, and can begin casting low level Cleric Buffs as a level 24 Cleric.
So for the cost of 3 Epic Feats (Including the Bonus Feat at level 24 I'm giving up for the multiclass) and three levels where my caster level doesn't increase for Druid Spells, I gain turn undead as a level 24 Cleric, Roughly 6 first and second level Cleric Spells cast at level 24, and 2 domain powers.
Not Bad.
If Reconcilliation of Religion was merely a general feat, I'd be tempted to put some stiffer requirement on it, like Wild Shape into Large Creatures, and turn level of 3 or something.

Uedii and Oronthon are one and the same.
Prerequisites: Turn/rebuke undead and animal companion as class features. You do not need to be able to turn or rebuke undead or actually have an animal companion as long as these abilities are class features.
Benefit: Your class levels stack (to a maximum of your character level) for the purposes of the turn/rebuke undead, animal companion and (if you possess it) wildshape class abilities. Only count class levels which improve the turn/rebuke undead and animal companion class features.
Sophism [General]
Prerequisites: Ability to cast divine spells from two different spell lists. Reconciliation of Religion.
Benefit: Your divine class levels stack (to a maximum of your character level) for the purpose of determining your caster level. This does not affect your spells known or your spells/day.
