Definitely multiclass as a Seeker. There's really no down-side.

Keep in mind, should this character reach Paragon, there's a little feat called Primal Eye which will give you striker-level damage with all your existing control effects.

OK, just looked that one up. Had to read it about 3 times to get it because it seemed so broken. That is, well, handy to say the least.

I otherwise think the seeker thing is questionable. The gain of the at-will power is less useful than it would appear because of the use of wisdom (most of the benifits aren't worth a -2 or -3 to attack and damage). The skill is always good and the daily is sweet. But access to that feat is just plain crazy good.
