Feng Shui: The Dragons Reborn OOC (Full)

Heh. The 2056 Juncture is controlled by the Buro (also known to other factions as the Architects of the Flesh). They've created an extremely bland futuristic society where everything is safe, people are forced to be happy, and freedom in general is frowned upon.

The TacOps are the Buro's most elite fighting force, used to fight the other factions in other junctures (imagine a strike force of cyborgs and supersoldiers suddenly popping up in China circa 69 AD and doing battle with sorcerors and their demon servants).

The main resistance that the Buro has to deal with in their own juncture is the Jammers, who love freedom and blowing things up. They're particularly known for their fighting force of cybernetically enhance primates and being led by the Architect's most dangerous creation, Battlechimp Potemkin.

Edit: By the way, the Rogue's Gallery was just updated with a couple of the named characters you've met...

John: I know it's not part of this OOC thread, but since I can't IM or email, I thought this was the best way to get your attention. Though the epic game I'm just starting filled up, my other one has a new space available if you want it.

Thanks for the heads-up, I'll go and check it out.

Heh, I just realised I didn't have my e-mail option checked. That's fixed, now.

There hasn't been a reply to the game thread since the boards went down, and I was the last one to post. It's on the third page at the time of this post.

Is the game still on?

Sorry about that, fellas. Here's the situation right now: I've run into a severe shortage of free time lately, between work and the last-minute arrangements of a friend who's coming in town and staying at my place. I don't mean to neglect the game, but it's doubtful that I'll be able to find much time in the next week or so to get around to business, so if I'm running slow, please bear that in mind. I'll do my rounds tonight, but I probably won't be able to get back until Sunday (cleaning the place up tomorrow, friend coming in town Friday + drunkenness, Saturday is for taking care of business, etc.).
