I noticed that Eladrin have only a single heroic tier feat. Additionally, unlike just many of the other races, they lack a way to boost offense in a tight spot. This is particularly needed, IMHO, to make the tactical warlord more viable.
Does a feat like this seem unbalanced?
FEYWILD OFFENSE (Heroic Tier, Requires Feystep, Requires Eladrin race, Racial Feat)
After using your Feystep encounter power, gain a +2 bonus to hit on one single attack roll. This bonus is lost if it is not used by the beginning of your next turn.
This is much less potent than the Elvish Precision feat. It is also less potent than Action Surge which +3 to hit on an entire attack (potentially a lot of rolls if you are using an AoE power!). You could tone this down by making it a +1 bonus to hit, or by making it a +2 FEAT bonus to hit (thus not stacking with everything).
Any thoughts?
