Fiendish Raven

A raven has ¼ HD, and the fiendish template lists a minimum of 1 HD for cold and fire resistance and SR=5+HD, so does the fiendish raven have SR 5 or SR 6, and does it have any cold and fire resistance?

My own thought would be to give it SR 5 but still give it the resistances since the minimum of 1 HD for that was probably unintended. But was wondering what values others were using.

I would apply the template as if the creature has 1HD. Otherwise I would say its not eligble for templates until it has 1HD.

It's a copy and paste of the canon material. The Official SRD is in .rtf format. D20srd.org is just easier to use, being HTML, so you'll see more people link to it than the wotc page.

Q: Can you provide the document in other formats?

A: Currently the SRD is only available in RTF format. We may release additional formats in the future. Because the SRD is Open Game Content anyone can distribute the SRD in alternate formats provided they follow the terms of the OGL.

Wotc even goaded folks into selling print copies of the srd...

Q: Could I publish the whole thing?

A: Sure. If you think someone would be willing to pay for it, you're more than welcome to try.
